New Trick or Treat Policy –

Trick or Treat will be annually on October 31st without exception.  Trick-or-Treat is not governed b municipal law or ordinance, thus the establishment of October 31 as Trick-or-Treat night is a recommendation only, and does not prohibit or prevent residents, organizations, and/or neighborhoods from conducting trick-or-treat activities on other dates or times.
